The month of December so far as been very busy. November 30th, I decided I would begin a regiment, and I have so far stuck to my word. Yay! 😀 Every morning I get up before 4:30 a.m. and get at least 35-45 minutes of exercise in at the fitness center. I bring some food for lunch and am usually to work between 6:30 and 6:45 a.m. I make sure to get to bed earlier to make up for this, so before 9:30 p.m. it’s lights out. Over the course of the week it gets harder to do, but I feel so much better! I felt guilty eating food even when I was hungry, and now I feel okay about it and even eat less of the bad stuff! Yay! 😀
I haven’t seen any physical improvements yet, but I am able to think better and stay more focused. With all the projects I have at work, these are very important! Not only do I have more stamina and will soon be in better shape, but the first solid snow fall just came a few days ago. Yay for snow! 😀 I have a ton of projects to do around the apartment as well, but I could totally use a game break. Yay! 😀 Okay, that one was just for fun.
